Quartier Cortes

The world is watching you

Here in the south of Gateway Gardens, the visibility of the buildings from the A3 motorway and the airport discloses an excellent external perception, making this location the perfect match for corporate buildings. But that is only one side of Quartier Cortes. On the other side, courtyards form a variety of inner rooms and short paths lead to the centrally located park. The Hamburg-based project developer LIP and Fraport AG have already chosen this position by purchasing plots at the eastern and western borders of Quartier Cortes.

There are currently six plots in Quartier Cortes that are under tender. The areas are grouped around two courtyards that open toward the Amelia-Mary-Earhart-Straße. Within these two courtyard units, the property can be divided as desired. A two-stage property allocation process will be initiated to encourage project developers to implement location-suitable usages (offices, hotel) as well as high quality in terms of both urban development and architecture.
