Alpha Rotex
DB Schenker headquarter
DB Schenker, the transport and logistic department of Deutsche Bahn, will bundle its management and leadership functions for the international transport and logistic business in Alpha Rotex. On a total rental area of approx. 11,800 m2, 450 employees will work in the DB Schenker headquarter.
The triangle-shaped building is located in the Western part of Gateway Gardens, the airport terminal is in walking distance. The project developers Groß & Partner and OFB are jointly developing Alpha Rotex, which was designed by the well-known Jo.Franzke architects. With a height soaring to around 68 meters Alpha Rotex will be the highest building in Gateway Gardens, impressing with its striking architecture and high visibility.
The completion of Alpha Rotex is scheduled for Spring 2013.
Apart from the areas for DB Schenker, about 10,900 m² property area are available for further use. We are looking forward to your rental quest!
