The Condor Campus in Gateway Gardens is a tailor-made workplace for approximately 400 ground staff and 2,000 crew members of Condor Flugdienst GmbH. From here, quick access to the security check at Gate 1 and the apron has been set-up especially for crews.

Groß & Partner together with OFB Projektentwicklung realized the seven-storey building with around 14.600 sqm gross floor area in Quartier Mondo. Special features are a training center and two original aircraft fuselages that are located in their own mock up hall, which are used for emergency training. There is also a flight operation center, from which all of the company’s aircrafts are monitored around the clock. In addition, a parking garage for 700 cars has been erected, which is accessible by a bridge over the Amelia-Mary-Earhart Straße leading straight to the building.

The restaurant „Amelia´s Coffee & Lunch“ on the ground floor offers top quality food which is freshly prepared and creatively presented from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The coffee shop is open from 7.30 a.m. until 6 p.m. and serves coffee specialties, cakes and snacks.

Apart from Condor, the Chartered Accountants and Tax Consultants Schiff Martini & Cie. GmbH, Degussa Bank, Albatros Versicherung (Insurance) and GTS Trade & Services GmbH (Airliner shop) are amongst the tenants in Condor Campus.
