Headoffice Imtech
Imtech Deutschland GmbH, one of the leading companies in the energy and technical building equipment sector, opened their central region head office at Quartier Cortes in Spring 2012. The six storey office building, located at the De-Saint-Exupéry Straße was designed by the architect Alf Prasch and offers room for 500 employees on around 16.000 sqm rental space.
The airliner SunExpress moved their offices to Gateway Garden in May 2012 and have rented out approximately 2,100 sqm in the Imtech House. SunExpress is a subsidiary of Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines and in the meantime is not only the market leader in charter services between Germany and Turkey, but also one of the largest scheduled airlines from Europe into Turkey.
