Meininger Hotel
In Quartier Verde, directly situated at the central park, Bauwens Development GmbH & Co. KG will erect an eight-storey hotel building for Meininger Hotel Group. The building of 4,720 m² gross floor area will include 168 rooms, a conference area and a lounge area. Construction is to commence in autumn 2010 and completion is scheduled for the end of 2011.
