The Holiday Inn Frankfurt Airport yesterday celebrates its inauguration in Frankfurt'snew Gateway Gardens quarter. The business hotel is situated in a prominentlocation at the west entrance, in Bessie-Coleman-Strasse 16; Frankfurt airport canbe reached directly either on foot or with a shuttle bus.
On an area of around 12,000 square metres, the Holiday Inn Frankfurt Airport isoffering not only 288 rooms on six floors and 50 underground parking slots, but alsoa generously dimensioned daylight-illuminated conference section capable ofaccommodating up to 100 people. In the new open-lobby concept, the public areaslike reception, the lounge, the restaurant and the bar, plus the outdoor terrace, merge seamlessly into each other.
Primestar Hospitality GmbH is for the next 20 years the lessee and operator of thehotel. The company is simultaneously the franchisee for the Holiday Inn brand of theInterContinental Hotels Group. Colliers International Hotel brokered the tenancyagreement for German Hotel Invest I GmbH & Co. KG, a joint venture comprisingMünchner Grund Immobilien Bauträger GmbH, the German subsidiary of UBMDevelopment AG and Munich Hotel Invest GmbH.
