Three PARTNERS AND THE CITY

Mutual commitment stands behind Gateway Gardens. Three partners from the private economic sector, Fraport AG, Gross & Partner Grundstücksentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH and OFB Projektentwicklung GmbH, are engaged with the City of Frankfurt am Main. The private firms as a group and the city each hold a 50 per cent share of Gateway Gardens Projektentwicklungs-GmbH as a public-private partnership (PPP).

The three partners from the private sector have associated to form the limited real-estate company Grundstücksgesellschaft Gateway Gardens GmbH. This company has been commissioned with the demolition work, development and opening up of the land area. The zoned building plots will be sold subsequently to investors who can then realise their real-estate projects within the framework of the development plan.
