OFB Projektentwicklung GmbH is a renowned partner for successful project development ─ at its own risk and as a service. There are three corporate divisions: GHT is active as project manager, prime contractor, construction supervisor and consultant. BHT is in charge of providing and holding stocks of land, the prefinancing and interim financing thereof, as well as the operation and management of leasing companies. GGM rounds out the portfolio of services with building and facility management.
OFB Projektentwicklung GmbH belongs to the “Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe”, a group of savings and loan banks, via Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen (“Helaba”), a German state bank. Branch offices are located in Berlin, Kassel and Erfurt.
