Quality is key. Convinced by sojourn quality.
Gateway Gardens is a special place. That is exactly what this urban development and its architecture are meant to express. To make sure of this, Gateway Gardens Grundstücksgesellschaft commissioned the renown Cologne-based Architects & Planners ASTOC to develop a master plan which will ensure the urban development quality and with it the sojourn quality. This master plan will provide guidance to investors and planners alike.
The master plan defines urban spaces and suggests subdivision variations for the 20 construction zones. Exemplary architecture propositions illustrate the versatile design possibilities. At the same time, it envisions the key areas of use. Two urban plazas – connected by a 2.2-hectare central park – form the central urban axis and foresee a concentration of gastronomy and shops for local needs. This axis is bordered by flexibly structured quarters, offering an optimum working atmosphere.
The result: a coherent urban quarter full of life.
